These programs include magnet schools. In the first Phase, the applications for the program will be accepted, and then through the lottery system, the student will be selected for a program. Let&#8217;s learn more about the different phases from the information given below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Three Parts of the Application Process:<\/strong> <strong>Phase I, II, and III:<\/strong> The application process is divided into three parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#1f7ebf08\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Phase I:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Application and Lottery:<\/strong> In Phase I, <a href=\"https:\/\/nammatech.com\/hisd-school-choice-application\/\">students and parents apply for programs<\/a>.  If more students qualify than there are spots available, a lottery is conducted to determine who gets into each program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Notification:<\/strong> The deadline to apply for Phase I is Feb. 23.
